Inspired by the beautiful Cote d’Azur, with a passion for both the skin as well as our earth, Azur was established, founded by Eline. Her aim has always been skin-improving skincare with botanical ingredients while at the same time doing good for the earth. This is why Azur’s products are always 100%natural, biodegradable, plant-based and sustainably packaged. Eline isa molecular biologist and she noticed that regular cosmetics contain a lot of unnecessary chemicals. These chemicals are harmful for our skin and body. Additionally, almost everything is packaged in plastic and many cosmetics contain microplastics.The consequences are reflected in the oceans that are now enormously polluted with ‘plastic soup’.

All products are formulated by Eline, using all her knowledge and years of experience. She now makes beautiful products using a fully internationally certified production process. We work with first-class materials only.Ingredients such as olive oil, cocoa butter or sweet almond oil are of high-quality and selected with great care. Central to our selection of raw materials are a positive effect on the skin and a pleasant experience of scent and softness. Each soap has specific characteristics and a unique appearance.Azur is where science and art meet!  All products are made by hand, and with lots of love in our own atelier inGroningen. We have our full production process of all products in house, which gives us full control about the quality. We make our soaps according the art is an ‘cold-process’ method.
